Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Tradator at tradator.app and app.tradator.app. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Tradator is a software platform
Tradator provides technology tools only. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or financial institution.
1. What Tradator provides
- Account management — secure storage and management of connected trading account credentials and settings
- Copy trading automation — mirroring configured trades across linked accounts you authorize
- TradingView webhook execution — receiving alerts and transmitting instructions to your connected accounts based on rules you configure
- Monitoring, logging, and audit tools related to the above
2. What Tradator does not do
- Does not manage customer funds — your money remains with your broker or platform
- Does not execute discretionary trades — we only act on instructions and automation you configure
- Does not provide investment advice — no recommendations, signals, or suitability assessments
- Does not guarantee profits — no promise of returns, performance, or trading outcomes
3. Risk disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical signals, backtests, or automation results are not reliable indicators of future performance.
Tradator provides software tools only and does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, strategy configuration, position sizing, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and broker terms.
Automated execution does not eliminate risk. Delays, outages, misconfigured alerts, margin calls, slippage, partial fills, and third-party failures may cause unexpected results.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access to support@tradator.app.
5. Connected accounts and authorization
By connecting a trading account, you represent that you own or are authorized to use it and that you authorize Tradator to transmit instructions you configure. You remain responsible for compliance with your broker’s terms.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Xendit. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms. Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Tradator unlawfully, bypass security, interfere with the service, misrepresent your identity or trading authorization, or use the platform in a way that harms brokers, platforms, or other users.
8. Third-party services
Tradator integrates with TradingView, brokers, platforms, and Xendit. We do not control third-party availability, fees, execution quality, or policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
9. Intellectual property
Tradator software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during an active subscription.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tradator from claims arising from your use of the service, trading activity, connected accounts, or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using Tradator at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud risk, or legal requirements.
14. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms on https://tradator.app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Tradator operates, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
